What is Counselling?
Counselling is a talking therapy that helps you to reflect and understand your emotions and difficulties. We discuss your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and suggest ways to manage these.
What we Provide:
No two people are the same and no two therapies are the same. We create a bespoke, tailer-made service which will include elements of various therapies.
We focus mainly on Counselling and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy).
What is CBT?
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy is a talking therapy that can help you manage your problems by changing the way you think and behave. It's most commonly used to treat anxiety and depression, but it can be useful for other mental health problems and is the most recommended therapy for people with ADHD.

What are our fees?
We pride ourselves on being accessible and affordable.
We charge £60 per session for both therapy or Nursing.
(ADHD Assessments are priced separately).
